Synergy Interactive is Hiring a Business Analyst Near Chicago, IL
Do you have a passion for manufacturing and a strong understanding of MES systems? We're looking for a skilled Delmia Apriso Business Analyst to join our growing team!
In this role, you will:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Configure Delmia Apriso solutions (versions 2016-2023) using the Apriso Desktop Client.
- Develop user stories and functional specifications to document system functionalities.
- Design and execute test plans to ensure system functionality meets user requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams on system integrations using tools like SOAP UI or Postman.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shop-floor device integration.
- Manage projects through various stages of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology.
- Foster strong working relationships with both business and technical teams.
To be successful, you'll need:
- 8 years of experience in the MES and Manufacturing domain.
- 4 years of experience working with Delmia Apriso (versions 2016-2023) as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in discrete, complex, and process-based manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is not a developer role; however, some technical aptitude is preferred.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with machine integrator configurations.
- Knowledge of end-to-end MES implementations using standard MES/MOM frameworks.
